There are so many amazing cafes in Bali, but I just picked the best of the best cafes in Bali for YOU!! Exploring cafe is one of my favorite things to do when I visit new country, and Bali is no exception. Food photography is one of the biggest trends in the country and more and more “Insta-Worthy” dishes are being created lately. The atmosphere is so cute and the food is always so fresh. Here are the 7 best cafes you can’t miss in Bali!!
Cabina Bali is a great place to chill with your family and friends. Atmosphere, music, food, service, and everything was just perfect. There were varieties of food and drinks, so it took us a while to decide the menu. I finally chose avocado toast for my lunch, and it was delicious! The veggies were fresh, and the bread was crunchy. We also loved their colorful and very photogenic atmosphere. If you want to experience floating brunch, it’s available from 9AM to 12 PM ONLY!
Jalan Gang Daksina No 01, Batu Belig, Kerobokan, Denpasar 8031
Open 9AM ~ 9PM everyday
La Laguna Bali
If you are looking for fairytale atmosphere, you need to visit here. The minute you walk in it feels like you’ve stepped onto a movie set for some mystical magical movie. The restaurant had gypsy inspired decor which looked amazing, and we loved it. We didn’t eat there so I cannot comment on the food but my coffee was tasty! The restaurant area looked busy and you can watch the chefs cooking.
Jalan Pantai Kayu Putih, Berawa, Canggu, Kuta Utara, Tibubeneng, Kuta Utara
Open 9AM ~ 12AM everyday
This place is well known for vegetarian food and the cute atmosphere. We ordered smoothie bowls, and they were delish! The fruit decorations were so cute, and they made us smile. The price was reasonable and the quantity was generous. Their breakfast menu also seemed attractive! There were too many things on the menu that we wanted to try. I saw many reviews saying that they had horrible services there, but I thought their service was friendly and helpful. One of the servers took lots of photos for us even though we didn’t even ask! It is a lovely place to sit and relax away from the busy Seminyak streets.
Jl. Petitenget No.99 X, Kerobokan Kelod, Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali
Open 7AM ~ 10PM everyday
Okay, so I believe this is the most Instagram worthy cafes in Bali! Folie serves modern French cuisine in a clean and relaxed yet tasteful setting. There are both indoor and outdoor seats, and the décor and furniture are beautifully appointed. We sat in the outdoor area, and it was very quiet and relaxing (we visited around 9am). Food and drinks were prepared perfectly and the staff were both attentive and friendly. Everything was delicious but my favorite was croissant!! It was the BEST brunch I had in Bali. Plus there are so many cute spots you can’t miss for taking photos!! 🙂
Jl. Subak Sari 30A, Canggu, Bali
Open: Monday: 8 AM – 6 PM Tuesday – Saturday: 8 AM – 10 PM Sunday: 8 AM – 9 PM
After exploring Monkey Forest in Ubud, we came here for dinner. We loved the cute colorful atmosphere, and they serve fresh Mexican dishes. Our margarita was average in my opinion, but the food was delicious. We ordered tacos, and their portion was generous! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. If you are going to Monkey Forest, give it a try! There are happy hours between 3pm and 7pm, just FYI 🙂
Jl. Monkey Forest No.15, Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali
Open: 11AM ~ 11PM everyday
Folk Pool & Gardens
Folk Pool is located in very central location of Ubud, and dining by the pool was just a great experience. You could swim, read a book, listen to the DJ, and just generally chill out. It was not crowded when we went there so we were seated at the bed, but I recommend you to make a reservation because it gets super crowded there. The smoothie bowl wasn’t my favorite but food overall was tasty! Staff was friendly and helpful too.
Jl. Monkey Forest, Ubud, Bali

Probably one of the hottest photogenic cafes in Bali so our expectation was high, but it didn’t disappoint us! The place was quite busy when we visited, but we managed to grab a table outside. I was hungry so I had avocado toast and smoothie bowl, and both were fresh and delish! I don’t say that was the best bowl I had in Bali, but it was probably the cutest bowl 🙂 If you want Instagram-worthy shots, grab outside seats!
